Drew, with his tangled relationships, regrets, and derailed career, felt incredibly real. He’s not perfect; in fact, there were times I wanted to shake him and yell at him to make better choices! But that's exactly what made him so compelling. His vulnerabilities and struggles felt authentic, and I found myself rooting for him every step of the way.
The book’s premise – a celebrity genealogy show unearthing a shocking family secret – was brilliantly conceived.
